Reference: Viktor Lenchynsky is a Ukrainian Soviet party figure, a participant in the German-Soviet war, after which he devoted his career to industrial and party work in the Luhansk and Chernivtsi regions. For over sixteen years he headed the executive committee of the Chernivtsi Regional Council of People's Deputies, was a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR of four convocations.
