In memory of the victims of the Holodomor in Ukraine

Volyn Television, 1993. The program "In Memory of the Victims of the Holodomor in Ukraine" covers a prayer service for the victims of the Holodomor in the Holy Trinity Cathedral of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and the memories of an immigrant from the Poltava region about his family and fellow villagers who died during the Holodomor.

On the video: a prayer service in the Holy Trinity Cathedral; a sermon by Bishop Seraphim of Volyn and Lutsk of the UOC-KP; parishioners; an interview with Hryhoriy Gurtov, a teacher at Torchyn Secondary School in Lutsk District (a native of Poltava Oblast), about his experiences during the Holodomor; fragments of a 20th-century newsreel.
