Ovruch: history of the city, 2006

The plot is dedicated to the history of Ovruch, one of the oldest cities of Zhytomyr Oblast. It tells about the foundation and historical development of the city, the history of St. Basil's Church and the Transfiguration Cathedral. Monuments to Prince Oleg Svyatoslavovich, Jan Nalepka and Oleksandr Saburov, city streets and historical buildings, including the Tsalka House, are shown. The plot also presents the Small Academy of Folk Arts and Crafts, the Ovrutsk Gymnasium named after Andrii Malyshko and a memorial plaque to the poet.
