Festival "Poliske summer with folklore": Lutsk, 1995

Lutsk, July 16, 1995. The program "Poliske Summer with Folklore" highlights the official opening of the Second International Dance Festival "Polish Summer with Folklore".

During the opening, the director of the festival Yuriy Voynarovsky, the head of the Volyn regional state administration Borys Klimchuk, the deputy president of the Western European section of the festival and folklore Edward Blazek, the burgomaster of the city of Wlodawa Tadeusz Hander, the organizer of the festival in Poland Janusz Kalinowski, the head of the National Commission for the Return of Cultural Values to Ukraine under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleksandr Fedoruk and Deputy Chairman of the Lutsk City Council of People's Deputies Svyatoslav Kravchuk.

After the official part, the festival participants present dance and music-choreographic numbers. On the stage: dance ensemble of the Lutsk People's House "Prosvita" — "Volynyanochka", ensemble "Dzhanavak" from India, children's folk dance ensemble of primary school №1 in the city of Svidnyk, collective from Israel, folk dance ensemble "Divotsvit", song and dance ensemble "Slavutich" from Kremenchuk, ensemble "Radist", folk music and dance ensemble "Poenita" from Moldova, folk dance ensemble "Polyssia" from the city of Wlodawa, Poland, as well as honored amateur song and dance ensemble "Kolos" from Ukraine.
