"Life — is a joke": a festival of jokes in Lutsk

Lutsk, 1995. Volyn television. The first part of the program "Life — is an anecdote" highlights the first anecdote festival in Lutsk. The festival takes place in the Volyn Regional Music and Drama Theater.

Festival participants take turns telling jokes at the stage "ring". Among them are — Kost Volynyak (Feodosiy Mandzyuk), editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Viche" Vasyl Prostopchuk and Valery Marenich. The festival ends with the awarding of the participants, the main prize is a live piglet.
