"Unburnt bush": man, nature and God

June 1, 1994. Lviv Television. The Unburnt Bush program is about man's connection to nature and God through temples, churches, and spiritual shrines.

The program tells about a trip to the town of Pidkamin, Brodiv district, where the Dominican monastery, the history of the village and the chapel of the Holy Mother of God are shown. Attention is also paid to the Pochaiv Monastery, four watercolors by Taras Shevchenko, created under the impression of the shrine, and the story of Abbot Ivan Zheliz. The program features the cantata "Oh, the dawn has risen over Pochaev" performed by the choir of the Assumption Church of the Pochaiv Lavra, performances by the Lev Revutsky State Men's Choir and the Hryhoriy Veryovka People's Choir. It is about the healing properties of the Pochaiv icon, there are fragments of church worship.

Bohdan Melnyk, Halyna Domanska, Bohdan Kozak, Mykhailo Kurdus, Markiyan Dribniuk, Oleg Vozny, Taras Olenets, Vitaly Nefyodov, Oleksiy Vyshnyakov, Lyubov Kozak worked on the program.
