Yana Stepanenko lost both her legs as a result of the terrorist shelling of the train station in Kramatorsk by Russian troops on April 8, 2022. The girl was 11 years old at the time. Yana received her first prostheses for walking and running during treatment and rehabilitation in the United States. Later, she returned to Ukraine and became an ambassador of the UNBROKEN Center.
