The program “Volyn Sprouts of Chervona Ruta” is shown on video. The program tells about the qualifying competition of the All-Ukrainian Festival in Lutsk at the Prosvita People's House.
For reference: The Chervona Ruta festival is a regular all-Ukrainian youth festival of contemporary song and popular music. Since 1989, it has been held every two years. In even-numbered years, regional qualifying competitions are held in every region of Ukraine, without exception. In odd-numbered years, the final competitions of the festival are prepared and held.
