Reference: Stilske city is one of the largest fortified settlements of the early medieval period in Ukraine, located in the Lviv region. In the 9th–10th centuries, a city with powerful earthen ramparts, caves, underground labyrinths, numerous residential and religious sites existed on an area of ​​over 250 hectares. Archaeological research has shown a developed urban structure and pagan cult practices.
