The plot is dedicated to the increase in the subscription fee for radio broadcasting and the decrease in the popularity of radio stations, which are used mainly by elderly villagers.

In the video: a village resident shows the location of the radio station at home; workers near the equipment, different plans of the radio shop; a pensioner listens to the radio.
