The video shows the village, private houses, local residents; a portrait of the famous Italian architect Giacomo Quarenghi, the author of two identical palaces in Khotyn and Tsarske Selo (Russia); an archival photo of Count Camburlei's estate; a school, a Viennese ball for students in the school yard, a local history museum, exhibits; the remains of the former estate. Interview: Mykola Lytvyn is the head of the Khotyn Local History Museum. He tells about the history of the village, the settlement of Cossacks since 1689, the development of crafts and industry, the family of Count Camburlei, the construction and destruction of the estate in Khotyn.

For reference: Khotyn is a village in Sumy region. It is located 20 kilometers north of Sumy, on the front line. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, it has been under constant enemy fire. However, local residents continue to be evacuated from there. Some of the villages that are part of the Khotyn community are occupied.
