The program talks about the Ukrainian public figure and philanthropist Yevhen Chykalenko, the Ukrainian community in the Kirovohrad region, and cultural pro-Ukrainian initiatives.

Commented by Yevhen Kharlampiyovych Chykalenko's grandson Yevhen Chykalenko and the writer, executive director of the League of Ukrainian Philanthropists Mykhailo Slaboshpytsky.

Reference: Yevhen Kharlampiyovych Chykalenko (1861–1929) - Ukrainian public figure, agronomist, landowner, philanthropist, and publicist. One of the founders of the Ukrainian national movement of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, organizer of financing the daily Ukrainian-language newspaper "Rada" (1906–1914), initiator of the convocation of the Central Rada. Yevhen Chykalenko's grandson, Yevhen Ivanovych Chykalenko, is a teacher and collector, who preserved and partially transferred to museums his grandfather's personal belongings and archive, including manuscripts, letters, and the Central Rada's typewriter.
