Semen Stefanyk, chairman of the executive committee of the Lviv Regional Council of Workers' Deputies, addresses the guests. The delegation watches a festive parade on the streets of Lviv, visits the Ivan Franko Museum, Lychakiv Cemetery, and lays wreaths at Ivan Franko's grave. They also visited the university, the Shevchenko Auditorium at the university, met with the rector Yevhen Lazarenko and the academic community in the university's assembly hall, got acquainted with the work of Lviv's industrial enterprises, and met with children.
