Reference: Oleg Vasyuta is a Ukrainian musicologist, conductor, cultural figure, candidate of art history. He has been the head of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Chernihiv City Council since 2003. He is the author of scientific works on the musical life of the Chernihiv region, the initiator of artistic projects, and a researcher of the kobzar tradition.
