Partisan Movement in Sumy Region

Sumy Television. The program "In Search of Truth" for April 13, 2007 is dedicated to the commander of the Putyvl partisan detachment, Soviet partisan Sydor Kovpak, and the partisan movement in Sumy Region.

On the video: the forests of Sumy Region, the director of the archive talks about documentation and memoirs about the partisan movement in Sumy Region; a scientific commentary by historian Halyna Korogod, talks about the thefts of partisans; photo archives of Sydor Kovpak and Semyon Rudnev's partisan detachment; a black-and-white chronicle with the participation of Sydor Kovpak.
