On May 30, 2000, the Lviv National Philharmonic said goodbye to the Ukrainian composer and performer Ihor Bilohir. People lined up to pay their respects to the composer. According to rough estimates, 150 thousand people took to the streets on the day of the funeral. The composer was buried at the Lychakiv Cemetery.
