Unveiling of the monument to the dumpling

April 1, 2006, Poltava.

The plot is dedicated to the unveiling of the monument to the national Ukrainian dish — the halushka.

On the video: the opening ceremony of the monument, dumplings from different angles; cooking of the dishes; historical and local history complex "Evenings on a Farm near Dikanka"; tasting of dumplings.
