Reference: On October 13, 2007, a domestic gas explosion occurred in a ten-story residential building on Mandrykovskaya Street in Dnipropetrovsk, completely destroying the entrance and damaging neighboring buildings. Twenty-three people were killed, about 20 were injured, and dozens of families were left homeless.
